List of common problems to check

Electric:

1. Is the plug correctly and tight inserted without wobbling?
2. Is the mother plug a quality one?
3. Does the mother plug has a real ground?
4. Is the wire free of 90 degrees curves and without anything on it?
5. Is the wire without scratches?

1. Assure that the fans are working properly
2. Check and clean the radiator under the showcases
3. Assure that the evaporator is not full of ice
4. Assure that the showcase is not working 24 hours
5. Assure that is in an air-conditioned environment
6. Are all the pans correctly inserted?

Technical issue

The showcase is cold but not enough:

1. Check the compressor behavior (it should run and stop and run):
   if it is OK probably there is a problem with fans or clean the evaporator and check if there are all pans correctly inserted.
2. Check also the defrost timing and the defog switch
3. If the compressor is always running:
   Clean the radiator under the showcase; if not enough probably need add gas, need to contact technician
4. If the compressor does not run:
   Check the setting of the controller (-15-18?), if are OK need to call technician
    

Maintenance of ice cream freezer

First check the electric connections; all the instruction are the same as for the showcases:

1. Is the plug correctly and tight inserted without wobbling?
2. Is the mother plug a quality one?
3. Does the mother plug has a real ground?
4. Is the wire free of 90 degrees curves and without anything on it?
5. Is the wire without scratches?
6. Did you pay the last electric bill? -Belive me, we had this situation once!-

1. Let melt all ice cream from the ice cream freezer when you see the ice is growing a lot all around the freezer basin; remove all the ice cream in another freezer
2. Assure that the showcase is not working for 12 hours
3. Clean and dry with towels and then start again as normal
